We are looking for an experienced housekeeper who can also cook and bake. You will be the owner's deputy at a 14 bed lodge in Boat of Garten.
You will need to have your food hygiene certificate and understand the basics of keeping a commercial kitchen hygienic.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of the Lodge: room changeovers, preparing the laundry for collection, tidying all areas of the Lodge, cleaning the bathrooms, topping up the guest soaps, reporting any shortages in supplies, reporting any maintenance requirements.

For this job to be a full 12 month permanent contract the candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours and flexible with the scope of the job.
