The Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse is a new style of Hostel. Created with a sharp eye for design and comfort it provides a luxurious but friendly retreat from the wilderness of the Isle of Skye. Our only Hostel member in Fife, the newly converted Murray Library Hostel has a sea-side location in the wonderfully picturesque village of Anstruther in the "East Neuk" of Fife. All the rooms have a sea-view, with a choice of 4 to 6 bed dorms, perfect for families and two private rooms. The bathrooms are shared, but high quality. There are excellent kitchen and living areas plus on-site laundry facilities and bike storage. The area is a mecca for golfers, walkers, outdoor activities and wildlife.
The Lodge has 9 bedrooms sleeping 37 guests with double, twin and family rooms available. On the upstairs floor, 4 traditional-style bedrooms sleep 12 guests in total which is popular with smaller groups. Downstairs there are 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 27 guests. These rooms have 2 sleeping levels with a mezzanine floor and are ideal for families. The rooms are not ensuite but the toilet & shower facilities are private to each floor.
