Kirk Yetholm Friends of Nature House is located at the start (or end) of the Pennine Way. It is also an ideal stop for those doing the St. Cuthbert’s Way and for cyclists on the Borderloop Cycle Route or Sustrans Route 84. The Hostel is a great base for local day hikes, particularly suited to individuals, families and small groups.
Marthrown of Mabie is a friendly bunkhouse, sleeping 19 guests within 3 rooms, in a wonderful natural setting in Mabie Forest. There are excellent facilities with meals available to order and a sauna & hot tub in the grounds. The bunkhouse is also available for exclusive use.
