Overall comfortable, good kitchen, nice communal area, satisfactory beds. However, when we were there (mid-October 2017) I had the impression that the maintenance was slightly lacking, e.g. doorbell not working (so we stood outside in the rain until we realised it wasn't working and knocked instead!), light bulbs needing to be replaced, etc, and the shower I used was *terrible* -- the pressure was very low and the water was either boiling hot or cold, so I had to keep swinging between too hot and too cold. Apparently not all of the showers there are like that though!
