Dervaig is a pretty conservation village 7 miles from Tobermory on the beautiful Isle of Mull. A great island location near the village pub and shop and on a bus route. There are excellent safe forest tracks for walkers and cyclists, several safe and clean sandy beaches nearby and many opportunities for seeing wildlife. The hostel provides 10 beds in 2 en-suite bunkrooms with access to a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, dining area, TV/sitting room and free WiFi.

Outer Hebrides

Small, quiet, friendly hostel set in a picturesque coastal village on the Golden Road with fabulous sea views. Only 10 minutes drive from Tarbert. Shuttle service available. Breakfast, packed lunches & evening meals can be provided. Bike/Canoe/Kayak hire, instruction available on request.

Dunard Hostel on the Isle of Barra is a friendly, family run hostel. We welcome individuals, families and organised groups. We are in the charming village of Castlebay with its fantastic views of Kisimul Castle and are near the ferry terminal, local services and hotel/pubs, which in summer fill with the sound of fiddles, accordions and bagpipes. Our facilities are excellent and sea kayaking is available.


Dun Flodigarry is an independent, family-run hostel set in a magnificent location on the beautiful Trotternish Peninsula on the Isle of Skye. The hostel is set by the sea under the famous rock formations of the Cuith-raing and has wonderful views. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the door, with many outdoor activities on offer. This is an amazing location for discovering the wildlife and heritage of Skye.
