Many thanks to everyone who contacted us this year and especially to Susie, Eddie, Jacob, Amy, Suzie, Barbara and Paul who joined us at the Lazy Duck and helped so much in adding their own sparkle to the hostel and camping ground hospitality as well as looking after the animals, birds and each other. We will be inviting applications for next year's Summer Helper Programme which starts on 1st May, 2010 from January onwards. Help wanted at Iona Hostel If you are fit and hardworking why not come and spend some time at Iona Hostel ? We offer accommodation and 50 per week in exchange for 20 hours a week (5 x 4hrs) in helping clean our friendly 4 Star hostel. Ideally suits someone who enjoys hostelling and hard work and who want plenty time to themselves to explore this lovely island. Length of stay is flexible.
