Abernethy Bunkhouses Nethy Station Groups Only of 7 or more. The only bunkhouse designed only for groups so has the advantage of 4 showers & loos, 6 hand basins and a good drying room.
Sharing a car park with the Speyside Way and just yards from the river, the converted Nethy Station offers all that a group could expect from a bunkhouse. It is well-equipped, fully central heated and has two public areas.
Most rooms have triple bunks. We now have 2 bunk rooms with outside access and no store room. We call it Narnia, as you can reach them through a wardrobe! We now also have 'The Shed', yes, it is a shed! Insulated and heated of course. Whether you self-cater or we cook for you as a group you will have access to the kitchen at all times.
We never ask people to share the building so you may sleep, walk, ski, board, hike, ride, fish etc…. at your own convenience! The station is only 200 yards from the centre of Nethy Bridge with its shop, butcher, pub and interpretive centre and half way between two wintersports areas. Dogs are welcome but please do not let them sleep on the beds! To find us, take the B970 to Nethy Bridge.
In the village, with the Post Office on your right, go over the bridge and turn left immediately.
Past the butcher turn second right.
